Combine ingredients. Bake in 10x15 pan for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
Frosting-
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp milk
1 1/3 c white sugar
Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 1/2 c chocolate chips. Spread over brownies.
