Mix first three ingredients- cake mix, egg and butter. Put in 9x13 pan and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350. Pour marshmallows over the top and bake additional 3 minutes or until puffy. Pour on Rice Krispies and peanuts.
Melt last four ingredients- peanut butter chips, syrup, butter and vanilla and pour over top.
