2/3 C Buttermilk

4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

6 Cup Quick Cooking Oats

5 3/4 C Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Soda

2 1/2 Tsp Salt

| |
Raisins
|
| |
Butterscotch Chips
|
| |
Waltnuts or Pecans

M&M's

Instructions |

(Devide in three batches and make 3 different types of cookies)

Large bowl - cream butter, shortening, sugars. Add eggs. Beat in buttermilk and vanilla.

|
|
|
Combine the oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Divide into 3 batches and still in mixtures.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
