Chop onion rather fine or do in blender with beef
Chop dried beef in blender.
Mix all ingredients and form into a ball.
Wrap in saran wrap and store in refrigerator to firm up.
Roll in chopped parsley or nuts.
Roll in parsley flakes or nuts
Serve with crackers.
