Split frankfurters on one side and fill with relish. Wrap with a slice of bacon and fasten the ends of the bacon around the frankfurter with the aid of small twigs (arrange bacon around teh frankfurter to hlod the relish). Pierce the frankfurter with a stick and broil over hot coals until the bacon is crisp and the frankfurter is cooked. Serve on hot rolls with mustard, catsup or onions.
