     Wild Rice Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 cup wild rice
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic salt
2/3 c fine dry bread crumbs
1½ c evaporated milk
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 c water
 
1 c dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sage

Instructions
Combine ground beef with onion, rice, seasoned and garlic salt, bread crumbs and milk, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Mix soup with water and wine and pepper and sage. Pour this over meatballs. Place in 9x13 pan or 2 9x9 pans. Bake at 350 for 1½ hours.
This recipe works great for freezing.
