     Ham and Hash Brown Cheesy Casserole

Ingredients
1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz cooked diced ham
2 (10.75 oz) can cream of potato soup
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 ½ c grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve immediately.
Freezing directions- Thaw casserole, baking 1 hour until bubbly and lightly brown at 375 degrees.
