     Crab Bisque

Ingredients
1/4 c butter
2 T finely chopped onion
3 T instant potato flakes
3 C milk
Copped Parsley
1 lb Crabmeat
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1/2 c heavy cream
 
2 t old bay

Instructions
Melt butter at low heat; stir parsley and onion. Saute until limp but not brown. Add potato flakes and mix well. Add milk, stirring constantly.
Add crabmeast, salt, and pepper. Heat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When heated, add cream.
