     Milk Chocolate Pots de Creme

Ingredients
2 cups hershey's chocolate chips
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
sweetened whipped cream (recipe follows)
 

Instructions
In medium microwave safe bowl, place milk chocolate chips and light cream. microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes; stir. If necessary, microwave on high an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in vanilla. Pour into demitasse cups or very small souffle dishes. Cover, refrigerate until firm. Serve cold with sweetened whipped cream.
Sweetened Whipped Cream- In small mixer bowl, beat 1/2 cup cold whipping cream, 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until stiff. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
