     Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
16 flour tortillas
1 whole chicken. cooked and deboned
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
3 cup cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can green chilies
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
 

Instructions
Mix cooked chicken with rest of ingredients. Save 3/4 cup cheese to sprinkle on top. Brush each tortilla with melted butter on both sides. Stuff and roll. Put in baking pan, cover and bake at 325-350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake 15-20 minutes more.
