1/2 cup softened butter or shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 vanilla
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
 
Instructions
Roll into small balls w/sugar. Press w/fork
