Preheat oven to 350.
Dump cherry pie filling into 9 x 13 greased cake pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over pie filling.
Drizzle melted buter over cake mix.
Bake for 1 hour.
I have used apple pie filling and a yellow cake mix and it was also wonderful. I did add alittle cinnamon to the apple pie filling!
