Sift flour,salt and baking powder together.Beat egg and milk.Add to dry ingredients. Stir only until moistened. Drop by teaspoon onto boiling broth.Boil,covered for 15 minutes.Do not lift cover.Serve immediately.This recipe easily doubles which I always did as my sons would fight over them. They are also good the next day.They may not be as tender as the day before, but they sure taste good.
