In saucepan,mix sugar and milk.Bring to a boil -boil for 3 minutes. Stir constantly.Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmallow creme.Mix well.(I use a whisk).Pour into a well greased 8 inch square pan that has been buttered well.Cool into set.Cut into squares.
