Cook chicken in 2 Tbsp hot oil until just browned but not cooked through

|
Place in greased baking dish
|
|
|
Top with 1 1/2 cup low sugar/sugar free marinara sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
|
|
|
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
