     Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp baking powder
2 cups milk
2 cups fresh blueberries
 
Instructions
Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Mix and sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Add berries, slightly floured. Bake 20-25 minutes.
