     Eggs on a Stick

Ingredients
12 eggs
12 thin peeled green sticks, 2 foot long
 

Instructions
For each serving- Prick holes in each ends of 1 egg. Insert a stick in one end and work it gently through egg and out the other end. Hold both ends of stick to suspend egg over embers of small fire. Turn occasionally for 10-15 minutes. Eat from shell or in dish, depending on how well done you get (or like) your eggs.
