     Honey Soy Stir-Fry

Ingredients
3 - 4 cup vegetables of your choice, sliced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
 

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic & cook until fragrant. Add the vegetables & cook until crisp tender. Stir in the soy sauce & honey. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water & stir in to the wok. Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
