Lyonnaise Potatoes

Ingredients

	12 medium potatoes
	12 small onions


Instructions


For 1 serving- Cut 1 large potato and 1 onion into thin slices. Mix and wrap in foil with a little salt and butter. Put in embers to cook 15 minutes.
