Servings   24 bacon crisps

Ingredients
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
1 sleeve buttery rectangular crackers
1 pound sliced bacon, cut in 1/2
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place 1 tsp. of cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a strip of bacon. Place wrapped crackers on broiler rack on baking sheet and put backing sheets on oven rack. Bake for 2 hours, or until bacon is done. Drain on paper towels and serve.
