     Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. block Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut in pieces
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
16 oz. pkg. pasta
 

Instructions
Melt butter in saute pan on low heat. Gradually add flour, then milk. Whisk until both ingredients have been completely added. Add chunks of cheese until all has been added. You may need to add a bit more milk, depending on the thickness you desire.
