Combine butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour
cream. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour
half of butter in a 13x9 inch pan. Top with half
of topping mixture. Pour in rest of batter and top
with the rest of the topping mixture. Bake at 350
degrees for 35 minutes.
