     Pork Chop Seasoned Coating

Ingredients
1 1/4 C saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Put half of crackers into blender. Cover and process of grind. Remove to plastic bag or storage container.
Add remaining ingredients. Repeat. Store airtight until ready to use.
Serving Suggestions
use as you would Shake N Bake
