Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease 9 by 13 inch baking dish, set
aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter
and saute onions, mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes
until onions are tender. Add Shrimp and crab
meat, saute for 5 minutes until shrimp cook
through. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Spoon the
shrimp and crab mixture onto each flounder filet.
Roll the filet up and fasten with toothpicks.
Place rolled filets in prepared baking dish.
