1. Boil potatoes, reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. 2. Meanwhile, cook beef, g pepper and onion over medium heat, drain. Stir in the sauce salt, pepper, paprika. 3. Mash potatoes with garlic powder and remaining salt, pepper. Shape 2 tbsp potatoes into a patty; place a heaping tbsp of filling in center. Shape potatoes around filling, forming a ball. 4. Dip potato ball into egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry at 375 for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel
