     Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 Large Roasted Red Pepper
1 Clove of Garlic
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves (1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves)
 

Instructions
Roast Red Pepper over stove or in oven until thoroughly blackened. Remove charred layer under cold running water (you may have to leave it until cold water for a minute to cool off first). Core and slice.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired thickness.
