     Mac and Cheese with Tuna and Peas

Ingredients
8 oz macaroni
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
8 oz grated cheddar cheese (or 8 slices cheddar cheese)
1 can tuna (in water) - drained
1 can peas - drained
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to about 180 C. Cook macaroni according to package, drain. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil then cook till it starts to thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. In a casserole dish, mix macaroni, tuna and peas to the cheese sauce. Bake for 15 minutes.
