     Raspberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
1 container (6 ounce) Fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups soy or almond milk
1 cup raspberries, unsweetend fresh or frozen
1 medium banana
add a few ice cubes if you don't use frozen raspberries
 

Instructions
Place teh ingredient in the blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Serving Suggestions
Yield- 2 servings.
