1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
 
Instructions
• Whip cream in a chilled bowl until almost stiff • Add sugar and vanilla • Beat until cream holds peaks
• Spread whipped cream over the top and sides of a sheet cake or between and on the top and sides of round layers
