Put onions and mushrooms in crockpot. Heat oil in
skillet, season meat and sear for about 3 minutes.
Place meat in crockpot, deglaze skillet with small
amount of wine. Add to crockpot. Add rest of
ingredient except cornstarch and water to
crockpot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Make
cornstarch slurry and add to thicken up gravy.
Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
