This is the easiest recipie that i have learned from my friend Varsha. It is a typical Kerala style recipie but yet very easy -)
it can be made in just 10 Mins all to gether and can be served to a surprise guest for lunch/dinner.
Thinly slice the cabbage, wash and drain.
In a pan heat some oil and add the Mustard,jeera nad methi seeds.
As it splutters add the ginger and chillies
Add the Cabbage and cook it just for 2 mins ensure it is still crunchy
Make a hole in the middle of the wok and add the coconut there.
Now Fold the cabbage from the sides over the coconut and let it be in there for 2 more minutes
Switch off the gas and add salt and jeera powder
and mix it.
Cabbage curry is ready to be served with Chapatis/Naan/Rice
