     drop-in-the-sauce meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef of turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon oregano
 
Instructions
mix together and shape into 1" balls.
drop into hot spaghetti sauce, let meatballs sit in sauce for a few minutes before stirring. cook through, about 10 minutes.

serve with pasta?
