     4 p.m Milkshake

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plain or vanilla
1 pear, cut in quarters with stem and seeds removed
1 banana, peeled
1 tsp Stevia
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender and process for about a minute. Drink, enjoy, and feel spoiled and virtuous. Makes enough for two tall glasses. The more ice cubes you use, the thicker the milkshake will be.
