     Harvard Beets

Ingredients
2 c. Beets (cooked)(diced)
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. Butter
1/4 c. Water
 

Instructions
Melt butter and stir in combined salt and cornstarch - dilute vinegar with water then add.
Cook over low heat while stirring constantly until thick. Add beets and heat through.
