     Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Onion (finely chopped)
1 1/2 c. Celery (finely chopped)
1/3 c. Butter
3 Biscuits (crumbled)
8 c. Cornbread (crumbled)
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp. Sage
 
4 Eggs (beaten)
4 c. Chicken Broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Saute onion and celery in butter until clear.
Combine all ingredients together adding enough broth to make thin but not soupy.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in. dish and bake until thick and browned.
