Preheat Oven to 350 F
pound out chicken til it is flat relatively even. scramble eggs in a
dish, and put a thin, even layer of flour in another dish.

Coat chicken in flour, then dip in the eggwash. next, cover with
cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
|
|
|
|
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for
approx. 30 min. Lay a slice of cheese over chicken for the last
three minutes of baking.
