     Southern Fried Porkchops

Ingredients
Thick Fresh Cut Butterfly Chops 5-8
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
3 tbs worcestershire sauce
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs white pepper
Kosher salt to taste
2 tbs garlic powder
 
2 tbs fresh oregeno
2 tbs fresh parsley
2 tbs rosemary
Canola Oil

Instructions
wisk eggs, worcestershire, and milk (or buttermilk) until well combined. Salt porkchops and let settle for 30 minutes. Combine flour and remaining items in large bowl.
Pour canola oil until iron skillet is 1/4 full. Heat under medium heat. dip chops in egg mixture, then flour, then re dip into egg mixture and return to flour until well coated. Place gently into skillet.
Heat oven to 375. Place rack on pan to catch grease. spray rack with cooking spray Brown chops on both sides and place on rack. Put browned chops in oven for approximately 20-30 minutes depending on thickness.
Use grease from pan to make flour gravy..;)
