Dissolve jello with boiling water, set aside.
Dissolve kool aid in 2 quarts cold water, add sugar, pineapple juice and jello mixture.
When ready to serve, add 10 oz 7 up.
You can freeze some of the punch in a mold or ring and put in punch bowl to keep it cold while serving.
