     Homemade Grape Wine

Ingredients
3 cans frozen grape concentrate
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 package yeast
water
 

Instructions
Mix ingreadients together and pour into a glass gallon jar. Finish filling up almost to the top with water. Place a helium balloon over the neck of the jar and put a rubber band around the neck of the jar and balloon. Store in a cool place. The balloon will blow up and then deflate in about 6 weeks. Wine is not ready until until balloon deflates. After balloon deflates, place jar in refridgerator for a week or two and then carefully strain through cheesecloth leaving sediments in bottom of the bottle.
