Whisk balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour
over tomato slices to marinate.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat, lightly oil grate.
Mix ground beef, tomato paste, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic and
black pepper in a large bowl. Form 4 equal patties.
Divide unused Tomato Paste into T portions, place into individual zippered bags and freeze
for next use.
Grill hamburgers until desired doneness. Top each burger with
Mozzarella cheese, allow to melt. Serve on buns with marinated
tomatoes and fresh Basil leaves. Garnish with balsamic glaze.
