Butter a 9x13 pan. Put rice in bottom of pan. Sprinkle onion soup
mix over rice. Place chicken on top. lightly season chicken with
salt and pepper. Spread cream of mushroom soup over chicken.
Mix 2 1/2 Cups of boiling water with 2 bouillion cubes. Pour
liquid around chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (check at 45 min
and add more water if rice is hard and dry)
