     Almond Crusted Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast tenders
1 egg
1 T kikkoman terriyai marinade and sauce
1/2 C all purpose flour
1/2 C panko bread crumbs (found in asian food section of store)
1/2 C smoked almonds chopped (don't have to be smoked)
2/3 t. vegetable oil
6 C salad greens (green leaf lettuce would work well)
2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments
 

Instructions
Beat egg and terriyaki sauce well. Combine bread crumbs and almonds in a shallow dish. Place flour in another small dish. Dust chicken with flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat with almond mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cook 6-7 min. turning once.
Dressing- 1/4 C kikkoman terriyaki Marinade 1/4 C olive oil 2 T honey 2 T vinegar 1 t zested orange peel
