4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened to 1/2 inch thick
McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, or seasoning of your choice
1 Tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles
4 ounces of pepper-jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat grill. Season chicken breasts, grill until done, approximately 5 minutes per side. Keep warm.
In a small skillet, saute the onions and mushrooms in butter until the onions are tender. Stir in the chiles.
Place the chicken breasts in a grill-safe foil pan. Top with mushroom mixture, then with the cheese. Return to grill for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
