     Pie Crust for Pasties

Ingredients
12 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp salt
4 cups shortening
3/4 cup water
 

Instructions
Sift flour. Resift with salt. Cut in shortening. Stir in water 2 Tbsp at a time until dough comes together. Roll and use as needed.
Single recipe yields enough dough for 8 pasties.
