Mix the flour, water, oil, salt and mixed herbs in a
bowl until a dough is formed.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until slightly
elastic.

Oil a suitably sized baking tray and push the dough
to fit (depending on how you like your base, use a
larger dish for a thinner base and a smaller one for
a thicker base).

|
|
Spread the tomato pure onto the base up to the
edges. Add your optional extra toppings and finish
off by ripping the cheese and spreading evenly over
the base.

|
|
Cook for around 20-30 minutes depending on the
thickness of your base.
