Ingredients
For the base-
250g Self-raising flour
150ml Water
1tbs Oil
Pinch Salt
Mixed Herbs
For the toppings-
Tomato pure
 
Mozzarella cheese
- extras (tuna, mushrooms, ham)

Instructions
Mix the flour, water, oil, salt and mixed herbs in a bowl until a dough is formed. Knead the dough for a few minutes until slightly elastic.
Oil a suitably sized baking tray and push the dough to fit (depending on how you like your base, use a larger dish for a thinner base and a smaller one for a thicker base).
Spread the tomato pure onto the base up to the edges. Add your optional extra toppings and finish off by ripping the cheese and spreading evenly over the base.
Cook for around 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your base.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salad and coleslaw for a healthier meal.
