Instructions |

1. Using electric mixer, whip lemon curd & cream cheese until doubled in size, about 3 minutes. Spoon into crust, freeze 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, peel kiwis, halve lengthwise & thinly slice. scatter over filling. Refrigerate until you serve.
