     Regular Low Fat Low carb Cheesecake recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta cheese
2 egg substitute
lemon extract
3 drops vanilla extract
6 (1 g) packets sugar substitute
fresh lemon rind
 

Instructions
Add splenda, lemon extract, vanilla extract and freshly grated lemon rind to ricotta cheese and mix well. Add eggs, beat well, pour into two sprayed custard cup, bake at 325 degrees until done(about 15 minutes). Serve warm or chilled, with sugar-free whipped cream. Enjoy
