Beat sour cream, cream cheese, and mayo until
smooth. Spread in bottom of platter with sides.
Spread seafood sauce over cream cheese mixture. Then
sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, small diced pepper
and tomatoes, and green onions chopped. Serve with crackers.
