Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
2 cups rice- prepared, cooled
1/2 cup cooked pork, shrimp, or chicken
1/4 cup soy sauce
chopped green onions (optional)
 

Instructions
Melt butter in skillet. Pour eggs into pan and cook, stirring constantly to break up eggs. Add rice to skillet. Stir in soy sauce until desired taste. Add green onions.
