1) Place the meat in a large stock pot and cook
over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain
meat.
2) Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 3 cups of hot
water, add to stock pot with meat.
3) Stir in vegetable juice mixed vegetables,
alphabet pasta and 6 cups of water.
4) Simmer 20 minutes or until pasta and vegetables
are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
